The following rule changes have been made for 2001:

1. Handicap calculations are changing slightly. In the past, only scores from the current year and prior year were used in calculating handicaps. Starting this year, we will uses all recorded scores from any year. The score age limit has been removed.
2. Minor clarification to who may and may not participate in the golf club.
